The Process
The Breakdown
In order to give ourselves a full view of the project at hand we choose to do a full disassembly of the vehicle that has been brought into the workshop. This allows the FMC team a clear understanding, intimately of the condition of the vehicle and makes the planning part of the process significantly easier.
Evaluation and Planning
Now, having the ability to clearly assess each and every part, we can then catalog and plan for what needs to be replaced, repaired or remade.
The Rebuild
Along with its new parts ,the team now goes through the lengths of rebuilding the Land Rover from the ground up. Everything from the engine, the driveline, suspension, brakes and electrical. Ensuring it retains its original aesthetic while including the benefits of noticeable performance and reliability.
Bodywork & Paint
Whether the owner wants to keep the patina of their truck or a fresh paint job, we make sure all of the pre-existing damage and corrosion is treated or removed.
Interiors
We know Landrovers aren’t known for comfort, and your truck’s interior should be as impressive as its exterior. With custom upholstery options, we can combine luxury and durability while bringing modern touches to your fingertips. Choose from premium leather, high-quality fabrics, or unique stitching designs to reflect your style. Whether it’s restoring vintage interiors or creating something entirely new, we bring comfort and elegance to every vehicle.
Quality Control & Testing
The last job is running the car through its paces and ensuring we’re handing over a reliable and fun car. This includes all on-road compliances and inspections.
